Question Dumb question about IMS

OK, so I was looking at the IMS (aka fix-a-flat kit) last night, and notcied that the pressure gauge on the compressor is in kPa. What the f***? How many kPa are there to a psi? If I got a flat, how the hell am I supposed to know what pressure to inflate it to? I'd rather find this out now than on the side of the road.

So, how many kPa is the recommended psi (28-32 psi or whatever)?

kPa is kilopascal, 1 kPa equals .145 psi, 30 psi equals 206.8 kPa

Built in Gauges are not very accurate, buy a pencil type gauge and keep it in the black box.
But to answer your question 34 Psi = 234.4 Kpa from LINK
