Got a rattle in my upper vent. It's been there for a while but normally I can just apply some pressure and it goes away for a good amount of time (weeks). But lately it seems to be staying unless I keep pressure on it. Rattles during normal driving.



Anyone know the best way to fix this? I know I could just glue it and the rattle will go away but would rather not start gluing random pieces of my car together. Haven't pulled it out yet but I'm assuming it just pops out.

 

i would pull it out and see what exactly is rubbing and maybe some vaseline or some type of lube would take care of it

yea, you need to lube it up before shoving it in.
