Cool Driver side rear lean?

Its not a hugee noticable thing, but i can really tell, especially if there are ppl or luggage in my trunk. But my rear driver side car is so close to my tire on the back side, and i dont know why. Im guessin it'd be the shocks, has anyone else has this type of trouble?

1) If there are people in your trunk, I advise you let them out immediately and apologize.
2) Normally if a car gets close to the rear of my car, especially if they're getting close to my rear tires, I pump my brakes to tell them to BACK OFF!
3) Your guess is incorrect, it's not the shocks. It's not even your fault, it's the person who's tailgating you.
4) Correction - it might be your fault if you made someone mad. Check into that and report back.

Protip: For best reading comprehension, read your post aloud before posting. You'll catch all kinds of errors.

In regards to your issue. Do you have any suspension mods you haven't mentioned? I've seen several threads on people lowering their cars and it not settling quite right.

shocks are not affected by mass, but rather velocity changes(bouncing up and down).
