Does an aftermarket intake void your warranty?

I know about the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act but my question is if you put an aftermarket intake on does it void your warranty? Im on hold with Mazda right now but this is my third attempt to call them

NO IT WILL NOT VOID YOUR WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!! But you MUST use the O2 sensor. Thats whay my dealer told me!!!

if thats what they told you, find a new dealer, as they dont know what they are talking about.

but know that the stock intake parts that you took off will no longer be covered warranty, the rest of the car, yeah sure it's still covered lol

They probably mean the MAF sensor.
