I think we all worry about our 8's, especially when they are parked anywhere else besides our own garages. If I have to park in a lot, I will ALWAYS take the time to park in B.F.E. and walk the extra distance. Also, no one EVER valet parks my 8. I'd rather pay the valet extra and park it myself.

 

I worry about it all the time... thats why we always take my GFs Miata if we're parking somewhere questionable

My wife thinks I'm nuts when I find an end stall and park my truck tires on the curb.

 

I always try to park in a area with no cars.. They always somehow find me.. The other day when I was washing my car, I found some little chipped mark in the front bumper.. Don't know how that happened?! I also have a dent on the passengers side door, some idiot I suppose threw a shopping cart at my 8.. Oh and I can't forget my egg marks.. I've gotten egged in my own home. Woke up one morning and cried.. I also had a note on my car once that read: "This car will soon be mine" -- Haha. That was funny. I think..

So yes, I fear.. Scary thing is, hasn't been a year yet since I've owned this car..

 

I'm just going to move to the moon..... I'll only need to worry about the Martians..

I think its easier to steal our cars than SL500.

they use the same encryption I think. but I think they have more security measures in the SL500 than Rx8

thief always go for easy target. not the most valuable one.
