DIY foglight rewire on a 09 is NG

I have a 09 GT with MT. Today I thought it was a good day to do the
foglight rewire mod that is in the DIY section. After looking it over
and checking the wires it all looked the same on my 8 so cut here,
splice there.

But no change in the operation of the fog lights after the mod.

I double checked all the wiring and my work but the mod had no effect.

I spent an hour with my test gear (Volt Meter, etc) to learn more about
what was going on or not. It all checked out like it should work according to
the DIY.

What I need is a wiring digram of the car and that I don't have.

Anyone done this to a 09 or 10?

So, I put the wiring back to original and made sure all was well and grabbed a
beer.

Damn.

That is the mod I did. It did not work on my 09GT!

It is so simple even a caveman can do it, (sorry) but it did not work for me.

Yes, all switches on. I did it exactly as in the DIY. Checked my work. Un-did-it,
and did it again not twice but three times. I even checked voltage's.
It should work, but does not. I'm a "EE" I work on Mega expensive electronics everyday.
This is silly, it should work.
What I need is a print of the wiring to see what is going on.
Anybody out there done this on a 09GT? Something must be different.
