Yeah with the sports we still get xenons and the DSC/TCS as JRichter said. Have they always had heated mirrors?

And that matters why? I live in CA and I've never used a sun roof in my life. I already made my case with the leather seats. And upgrading to the GT package just for the nav is not worth the money. Get a Garmin for a few hundred bucks.

Like I said, the Sport has everything you need and nothing you don't

because you say these things are pointless with a sports car...Not everyone goes out to race in the 8. I use my sunroof all the time in the summer cuz I hate using AC. And having luxuries is nice...like do you really need an 8...no but you want it :P
I agree on the Nav though...

The flip up screen is the nav screen. I like it because it is out of the way until you need it. And unlike the Garmin my wife has, I don't have to put it away out of site so someone won't break in just to steal it. There is a kit you can get that will allow you to play movies on the screen also. Kind of expensive for something that is actually illegal to use while moving on a road.

Oh, the 8's nav is operated by a joystick behind the shifter. It is a little irritating. The wife's Garmin is touch screen and much easier to use. Oh, and it cost a fraction.

I guess it might have one, I don't know if they are only optional on the GT.

Welcome by the way.

I wouldn't go that far...

I use the hell out of the a/c because it doesn't make much difference with the gas mileage. It's also much more refreshing than recirculated hot air.

As for needed the 8, I absolutely don't need it. It's my weekend toy that I use for cruising and autox. So less is more as far as I'm concerned.

As for the nav, if it wasn't so damn expensive it would be nice to have. I had a portable in my WRX that I forgot to put away so someone decided to do a little smash and grab
