zoom44, thank you very much for clearing all that up. I must have been looking at the gauge from a different angle than usual. (Had to readjust seat after dad drove it.) And it great to hear about the engine warranty. I always thought that the whole 8 years/100k thing was for orginal owners. I'm happy to be wrong!
