Daily driver or weekend car?
Daily driver but I only put 200 miles a week (10k per year) on the car. I drive it to/from work and anything I'm doing with out the family but the majority of miles are put on the family car (MDX).

Very intuitive thread. I guess I never thought of it, but to some people, this is their sunny day trophy.
Good thinking!
I personally use mine as a DD...except for in snow +1inch. Which is most of winter in Ohio.
As for my non-DD, my summer car is ironically an older car with more miles. a preserved 97 Cobra vert with 48K miles.

The Blue 8 is the 'Sunday-go-to-meeting car', go to the beauty shop car, hunt for fine wines, attend rallys, want to feel cool, meet people, play tourist, chase ambulances, be an extrovert car..
The little Red 323 is the load- it- with- Groceries, haul the trash to the dump, carry the hay bales, eat inside the car, let it sit out in the rain, get muddy, go to the beach, don't be noticed car.....It sort of has negative social status - Especially when it is cloaked in mud!
Wierdly enough, when we got onto the freeway today - and we have to push it because the legal speed is 75mph there, so we got on hard and fast, We got paced and revved by a little bald man in a new BMW!
We just waved because this car is not suitable for real speed - but I wondered if some of the glamour of the Blue was begining to transfer to the little red hatchback...
