Like I said, in the past and how it has been for the past 5 years, every time light comes on and I go to pump, I fill up 13.3 gallons. I know there is still fuel in there, but I fill up at light.

Mine was doing this not too long ago..... If it is coming on when you crank it but going off right when you start moving then it is probably just low. I always have trouble seeing exactly how much I have in relation to the empty and full lines, so I had just a little bit less than full. As soon as I filled it to the full line it stopped happening. I am guessing that for some reason the car being off causes the reservoir to be slightly less full than it is when the car is running, and that is what causes it to be on at first then cut off once it gets going.... So just adding some should solve your problem.
The guy at mazda told me that unless the radiator cap says FL-22 on it it is fine to use any type ethylene glycol based coolant, just stay away from coolants with methanol or alcohol.
