Confirmation from Mazda???

Since we need to send our response to the letter before Oct 1st, are we supposed to receive any form of confirmation before then, since if we don't answer before then, we don't get any of the perks (debit card and free maintenance).

Send your letter by R.R, or by fedx or ups. Then you have proof of delivery!

Paid the $20 to send mine UPS next day air. Mazda (actually ISG)called me that afternoon to verify receipt. Best way to go if you want to be sure.

I just spoke to MNAO they have no way of confirming they have received your acceptance letter. The rep went so far as to say MAZDA is a reputable company and would never try to scam an owner.

He also said he was in Irvine . California and the fullfillment organzatuion is on the east coast of the USA.
