Collecting Opinions: Which to buy

About to buy a new 2006.

Which of these would you buy (about the same $$):

1. GT with appearance pkg and rear spoiler
Galaxy Gray on black/chapparral

2. Shinka with no options
Galaxy Gray on Sand

Whaddya think.

Get the one you like more....I'd never buy a car just because other people like it. That's a tough call though. I might go for the shinka because you can always get an aftermarket spoiler. Tough call though...go with your gut

Shinka with 'no options' doesn't sound right. Fishy.

But the best way to go depends on your $$$. Do you want appearance options, or do you plan to get an aftmkt kit?

GL either way.

Shinka. If you're buying the car to please *me*, definitely get the Shinka.

(and why shouldn't he buy it to please me? It's not like he has to worry about pleasing Al Franken anymore...)

I like light colored interiors so the Sand interior is it for me.

Man...if it was a GG / GT with solid black leather and the appearance package that would be the deal. Thats what I was looking for and ended-up with a GG shinka which btw has really turned-out to be great looking car that gets lots of compliments. The GT you mention has a black and chapparal interior... is that black and brown? If so I would definitely go with the Shinka with sand. Even though the sand is a little different with the Galaxy Grey, there is enough blue and almost a purplish mica that makes the sand interior work out pretty well. The piano black trim and the soft sand alcantara gives the cars interior a more luxury oriented feel, where the GG and black leather I looked at was pure sport.... . Kind of depends on what you like best, as is usually the case with all decisions.

Just one mans opinion.

Shinka because I'm not fond of the spoiler and you can add the appearance package later. Also don't like the Chaparral interior.
