Not many open stretches, but plenty of curves. In and out of rain on the Hana Highway in Maui. Having those one lane bridges closed to just me would be great!

 

Oak creek canyon road in AZ. Goes from Flagstaff to Sedona. Only about 20 miles long, but it drops about 2500 feet in the first 5 miles. A set of "15 MPH" 180+ degree curves followed by 15 miles of "35 MPH" sweepers. Only issue is that it's basically all blind due to the trees and the canyon.

Just drove it on Sunday while bringing my 1991 Eagle Talon AWD to my brother (gave it to him when I bought the 8). It was awesome in the Talon since you could go WOT out of a corner with the AWD, but in the middle of the corner I couldn't help but wish I was in the 8.
