Of course they are. South East Asia (where I'm from) is probably the world's capital of ghetto rice. Brembo brake covers? How about fluorescent light tubes for spoilers? How about a conversion of Proton cars into fake Evos, STIs and such.

Hell, they've even converted a Proton Wira into an RX-8 before. I've even seen Perodua Kelisas converted into Skylines.
