I don't have the rotary accent package...and I can't really justify spending that much on one...but what do you guys think about painting that little triangle with touch up paint?

Oh...that explains it...I don't really sleep more than 2 hours a night...I've been that way since I came home from Iraq....

I was planning on using the paint that Mazda sent to me...it's such a small surface area that I think a few coats would do it nicely if I take my time....hell if I mess it up I'll just buy the accent kit.

I personally don't like that look at all. It's too busy in the middle of the grill but on the side (oil cooler vents) it looks nice. Stick to the side oil cooler vents and forget about the middle...just my two cents...

buy aftermarket rotary accents from rx8fun for $29 a pop. The total cost for both is less than the front oem accent, but looks the same.

You can't beat their prices, quality and service. They are selling for some 50% of the OEM parts. You do have to wait a bit though but it is worth it.
