I don't know if anybody else has heard of this issue before but this video explains it all:
This was one of the more serious issues. I haven't disconnected the battery yet since it usually always fixes itself before I park

Everything would be normal and I hear a beep that the car made by itself and suddenly A/C and radio controls go wild and start changing settings. Earlier today the temperature got changed from F to C and radio presets got changed as well. All the buttons on the center console are unresponsive and surprisingly only the steering wheel controls work properly when this happens

Any ideas?

 

Sounds like faulty wiring to me, fist thing I would do is try to remove that faceplate and check behind the radio if possible
