I changed all of my coil packs, changed the wires , changed the plugs, still getting the cylinder misfire code. What the heck??? Help!

On the plus side, my car is still pulling and driving strong for 160k miles on her.

 

How long have you driven since you replaced them? You could just need to reset the code.

did you double check your work? are the wires attached to the plugs properly?
plus in their proper locations? Leading / Trailing
Are the wires hooked up properly? double check the connections, easy to accidentally attach them in reverse order

 

The code readers say this:P0301 code or sometimes P0300

Car runs strong though , thanks for the diagram Jedi I will use that to double check my work when I get home today.

 

I had p0301 which is misfire cylinder one (obv no cylinders) it was anything really at first but overtime gone worse and worse mazda said coils which was not the case i told them to do a compression test and sure enough it failed I never noticed anything until i ran it hard on an autox and kept up high rpms

 

Check your gas cap.
