Well I went to the car show and I was really disappointed with all the cars except the RX-8. Most of them were overpriced for what you got. I sat in the 350z and it was uncomfortable, I sat in the Lancer Evo 8, and it just didnt strike me, I sat in the WRX STI and it was about the best one I think. I looked at a bunch of trucks and stuff and the only truck I really liked was the new ford f150 4 door, but it was way to expensive. All the cars were to overpriced for what you got. The only vendor I saw that had hardly anything under 20 was Honda and I dont want another honda. So that made up my mind about the 8, gotta get one since everything else that competes with it was overpriced crap.

 

I first saw the 8 at last years NY auto show and thought it was the most exciting production car in the show. The fact that it is affordable makes it even more exctiing as opposed to just another exotic I'll never own- this one I do own.

 

When I first saw the 8 at the Greater LA Auto Show, I really thought it was ugly and didn't care for the dash at all. Then when I saw it in X2 with the bodykit I was like WOW! Saw one on the street and at dealerships and it looked way more appealing..Pictures do not do it justice...I knew I had to have one! It reminds me of a Ferrari everyday!

I test drove a 350Z and I found it uncomfortable and really claustrophobic. It felt like I was sitting in a bucket with really bad visibility out the front, sides and rear.

 

when I first saw the 8 in X2, I friggin hated it. It just looked really tall and really narrow. I don't know why, but that's just how it looked. I saw one in person and had to have one....
