In North Carolina they have stopped doing the traditional exhaust test during state inspections. They used to use the probes that would be placed in the tailpipes. Now they connect to the ECM and hope that your O2 sensors are operational and telling the truth.

I have been searching around the site for information on "chipping" the 8. Seems like Canzoomer is the only way to go (someone please correct me if I am wrong). How does it hook up exactly and will it interfere with the yearly inspection?
