Question California Car Dusters & Black

Are these things a "good" thing or a "bad" thing, especially for a black car?

Seems that I work near a couple of new construction areas and the black car seems a bit "brown" by 5:00. The ride home blows off some of it, but there's a covering remaining.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks...

I have one and have a black RX8. It works good on loose dust. Not as good as a wash, but big improvement over a dusty car.

Just don't press down with it. It is great for removing dust but not to clean it.

I have used one when I had a black truck and it worked great. Recommend this product to everyone.

I use it the first couple of days after a wash to get the fine dust that sticks electrostatically to my black 8. You don't want to use it on dirt or "stuck on" dust.

It keeps it looking fresh without scratching. Works great on the dash and interior to.

I guess you're talking about this:

I didn't know the product. Good! Guess what - my renter has such a thing, it's in our garage and I didn't know what she uses it for (she's got a white car). I'll give it a try!

Yup, that's it. They make a smaller one for the interior too.

Thumbs up Thank-you...

Yes, I have no intention of using any pressure to "rub" the car. I just want to remove the loose dust that remains after the drive home.

I use the smaller on on my interior and it works great.

Thanks again for the feedback.
