California Car Cover Company
So after searching a bit i have come to the conclusion that if i choose to purchase a car cover that this is the company i am going to go with. My car will be my dd this winter however it has to be outside. I am getting this cover to protect from weather as well as vandalism (was recently keyed).
So anyways... what model would be the best for my situation? Noah and Ultraweave stand out but other then that im clueless. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I can't advise on what type of cover for you to buy, but I did recently buy a cover from the California Car Cover Company and it is a very well made cover. It also fits very well. My car will be stored indoors for the winter and stays under the cover in my garage all summer. Give them a call and they can tell you what type of material is best for your needs.... Good luck!!

I've been buying from them for years and they are the best. Great fit and craftsmanship, and their covers last. Cost more, but definitely worth it.
I park in a big dusty garage and use the Dustop™ cover. Haven't checked outdoor options in years, but I remember thinking if I needed outdoor I'd go with the Noah. But there might be newer choices now, as well. Just take a good long look at their big chart.

I ended up going with ultra weave, honestly it was just a toss up between it and noah.
The "help me choose thing" rated ultraweave slightly better then noah... however im assuming thats just because its like $15 more but oh well.

Here's a bit of advice. Make sure you buy a cable lock for your cover. My 8 spends most of its time under the cover being it is not my daily driver. There have been a couple occasions where I have returned home from work on windy days to find my cover in my neighbors yard. With the cable lock you won't have to worry about this. It will also prevent anyone from stealing your car cover.

I don't know if terch1 is referring to a California Car Cover because I have one for my RX8 and it fits so well I don't think a hurricane would take it off. California car covers are GREAT quality but at least in the case of the one I have, which is an "ultraweave", it is a rebadged Covercraft "weathershield" car cover. It still has the "weathershield" tags on it. It's still a fantastic quality cover but if I were to buy another one I'd just go straight to the source and pay less.
