Good thing for warranty. I am not an AC guy but I have a good knowledge of marine AC. What I was always told is that if the unit freezes up, its low on gas (freon). Possible they caused a leak when "fixing" your AC?

I had the TSB done on my AC and it did indeed fix the cycling. Now it's just generally warm most of the time. I was the first person to go into my dealer for the TSB (I had to print it out and give it to them, and they had to call Mazda). The service advisor tried to pull the "are you using fresh or recirc air, do you have it turned to cold" line with me too. Then they said "a little warmness is normal." But they eventually fixed it.
I'm sill unimpressed with the overall cooling of the system, but it's kinda random. I think I'll wait until a little later in the summer and take it in on a 100 degree / 100% Humidity day.
