yep. if you loose the flabby looser side ports, mileage and power get pumped up.

its not very scientific, but i have a P port 12A and my friend has a stock port FC, and i can do 2 track days on one tank of gas, and it takes him almost 4. mine is faster too. noise is the same, we both have the same worthless borla muffler.

granted doing a full P port on an Rx8 isn't really very practical, kind of a one way ticket to full race car, because the stock ecu would have to go...
