October of last year. Yeah the car has to be off but the key in the 'on' position. You'll have to use your strenght, but afaik is right to left and not left to right.

So how's the technicians over there? I was thinking of going to have my steering rack checked but I don't trust dealerships too much, specially since they like to replace parts before actually testing them.
