What the hell are you doing to get that? Steep drive-way ramp? Or is it those nasty concrete curbs that are just barely high enough to not give clearance?

I DIDN'T SEE THE TEXT AT THE TOP
PLEASE STOP YELLING AT MY EYES!
Edit: What the hell kind of cone? I've ran over cones in my Trans Am doing atleast 70 before and it didn't cause damage like that...
(Shutdown airforce base, racing on the air strip, the coned off a section, doing a 110 then BAM Cones out of ******* no where)
So uh yeah...a cone...How fast were you going? Cause uhhhh I'm pretty sure my front end is made out of the same material...Must be one hell of a cone

Unless you have a REALLY good insurance your deductible isn't going to cover $200...
I have full coverage with Progressive and my deductible when my car was broken into, the deduct was 500 but it only cost 230 to replace the window. Also even if you had a good deduct you have to consider how much that claim will raise your inusrance, in the long run it might just me cheaper to fix it with your own money.
Edit: ENGRISH!

OUCH! Sorry to see that........OH and GUYS CONES DO DAMAGE! I hit a RUBBER cone on a closed autocross course, and it cost me $150 to replace the valence ( plastic piece under the car) + labor.
That should be considered road hazard. Give your insurance a call, and see. Run go get an estimate and go from there....My baby has been hit twice. One supposedly my fault according to the stupid cop that didn't search the crackheads car that hit me.( after she had no license and no insurance proof) and was higher than a kite!!!!!!
but I digress.......hehehe
ANYHOO...... My insurance didn't go up because of claims...not one red cent. It can't hurt to ask, you still have the choice to file with them or handle it yourself.

What pointy ears?
You can remove the lip since it's screwed/bolted on, but you'll have to replace the double-stick tape that seals the lip to the front part of the bumper.

i'd attempt to go at it myself.
buy some bondo, a paint gun, and paint. total that might run you $200. but then you can say you fixed it yourself. and you will know what to do next time. no metal body damage that might be harder to fix. just some bondo and sand paper. and the nice thing about paint is, if you did a horrible job you can sand it off and do it over.
and if you still cant seem to do a good job. you can just sand the area down. take it like that to the body shop and have them do it. then it'll only be like $50 or so.

God after reading all these horror stories about cones I'm starting to think I should have just kept my TA, it was obviously the incredible hulk of cars
Good luck with the repairs, let us know how the insurance thing pans out.
