Big Problems with my RX8

I have tried everything to fix this.

I mean, she runs great, I am getting 14-18mpg, depending on the mix of city and highway driving. I'm runnin mid grade gas in. I installed the radiator protection screen but still need to get the radiator cooling screens.

The biggest problem is, and this is mostly in city driving, whenever I get OUT of the car, I always end up crushing one of my *********, if not both. I don't crush either ******** when I get in the car, only when getting out.

Does Mazda has a tsb on this?

Currently I wear boxers. Should I switch to tightie whities?

This is very annoying and I fear for the future of my yet unthought of, future children.

you need to wear undies...maybe even as extreme as bikini briefs. I would recommend you invest in relatively snug fitting boxer briefs, and then on put on spandex/licra biker shorts.

Better yet....jock strap. Plain and simple.

Aftyer discussing with with someone, I wear boxer briefs. I don't want to switch to plain old briefs, and I know boxers will just cause me to hang lower, which means I might crush both ********* when exiting the car and possibly creating a new problem of getting on nut crushed while getting in the car.

I can't wear spandex. General principles.

Have any aftermarket companies looked into modifying the side of the seat to prevent "******** trapping"?

At least one keeps getting trapped on the raised part of the seat next to the driver door.

Actually, what I should do is get out of the passenger side and see if it happens there too. If no ******** gets trapped while exiting the passenger side, it is obviously a bad driver's seat design. Did Mazda not think of drivers who wear boxers???? Such poor planning

All good solutions though I believe the simplest is don't have your nuts hanging out in the open when in the car. Please zip them up when in the car and away from whatever it is that you are using them on.

I'm not one to nag on someones fetish, but there is a time and place and in the 8 is not one of them.

Look at dominion's sig and maby that will tighten them up so they don't sag.

Pad some cold water on your ***** when you shower so your ******* tissue don't sag as much. Use a mini push-up bra to held them high up.

Not in Japan. Boxers rule. Visit any Sento or Onsen and you'll see.

Not to add any stereotypes or such, but... maybe they don't have a problem because of other reasons...

that happened to me once, I looked around to make sure no one saw and then I layed down in the parking lot next to the car. Not sure why, it didn't make it feel any better just made me think about if someone was to walk by and ask what is going on.

DIY: How to exit the car:
Kick your feet out first.
Spin in the seat while lifting your feet (do not attempt to slide out of the car while spinning)
Plant feet firmly on the ground
Lean out so you don't hit your head
Stand up.

Maybe the front of the seat is too high, try lowering it.

After you are done driving your 8 when you get out you just have to grab your nuts to show everyone it is your car and not theirs.

Have you considered draping your nuts over your hog thus giving you at least an extra .5in of clearance. ? on how much of your nut you are hitting but for me the tap is the worst.
