Question Automatic break-in period?

I'm going to be picking up my car next week but the dealership is around 140 miles away. Considering the distance how should I drive my automatic? I found this thread. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Jeff

No AT owners want to reply to this?? Or is there really no recommendations besides these -

"No special break in is necessary."
-Don't race the engine
-Don't maintain a constant speed for long
-Don't drive constantly at full throttle or high engine rpms for extended periods of time
-Avoid Full throttle starts
