i took my front plate off because i have a grille in the front and have been pulled over 3 times for not having one. i should probably buy one of these too

 

be careful of how it looks, i got it today

i need to mod the thing itself so the license plate doesn't look half retarded facing downwards at an angle

 

not to disregard the product BUT i used 2 l brackets and some screws and lock washers and it worked perfectly even after a few scrapes it still faces straight and looks good will post pics in the morning

 

I had to buy longer screws to get that thing to fit into the bumper. the screws that came with it were not long enough.

I did have to play around with it for a good 30 minutes to get it to look how I wanted.

You might have tighten the screws every now, least I've had to tighten the ones that go into the bumper (the other have stayed solid) and then and I would HIGHLY suggests you get some kind of padding to go behind the plate.

 

Are you on the stock bumper?
