Smile Any chance of a loyalty discount going from mazda 3 to rx8?

I am planning on dropping the hammer on an RX8 by the end of the year ( waiting for those 06's to go on serious discount ) . I drive a mazda 3 right now... will they hook me up with a loyalty bonus at the end or not?

when i bought my e36 m3 a few years back , i was in a 325. When i traded it in, they knocked off 500 just for loyalty bonus, yet there was nothing in writing about it. Its sort of a understood pact with some vendors i guess.

fyi : i sold my m3 to buy my house, and i bought a mazda 3 to get to work.... but now im looking for another toy

Yeah, Mazda used to do it but I think it's a dying practice amongst most of their dealerships.

I believe it's a manufacturer sponsored rebate; dealerships can't give money away that isn't there.

I got a pretty good deaL when I traded in my mazdaspeed protege for my rx8. My payments only went up about thirty dollars a month. I think it just depends where you go.

I traded in my 2004 mazda3 to get an Rx8. I got 15,200 $ for the mazda3.
After 5 hours of b.s. I got it for 5k under the sticker out the door.
Not sure if it gets much better on a 2006

I bought a 2004 Rx-8 from a local Mazda dealer in March of last year. I got it for about 7k under invoice due to special incentives and financing through Mazda. We went back to the same dealer and bought an 06 Mazda 3 for my wife. They gave us an additionl 1500 off the price since we bought a car from them within a year.

alot of dealers do it we bought 2 yukon denalis from the same dealership a couple months apart got good deals on both(the 2nd was fully loaded and cost less than the first) and every few years we trade in our navigator for the newest version first we got a 99 then an 03 and now getting the 07 when they come out they always tell us to come back and give us extra $ off just for always going back to them.

Some places will offer a (small) break on financing, in the range of 0.25% below what's offered. It can't hurt to ask.
