Aluminum Pedals and footrest?

Do the aluminum pedals and footrest come standard with the RX8, or do you have to order them as an extra?

I believe I seen an Australian version with normal pedals. Not sure if he just swapped them or standard equipment.

If you are talking about the Aluminum looking pedals for the Automatics, that is not standard.

US Standard Transmission: Aluminum Pedals Standard.
US Automatic Transmission: Standard Pedals/Aluminum Pedals optional equipment. You can add them for about $175 from Trussville.

Not really.. it's just for aesthetics. I bought it only because I was bored, spend money, bored, spend money..etc

The reason I asked

The reason I asked the was because I have ordered a black auto with the grand touring package and I'm not sure if that includes the aluminum pedals. While I'm waiting for he car to arrive I've been buying some accessories such as strakes, rotary accents, finishers, etc. So when the car arrives I can install them that day. Now I might have to get these pedals as well. Can anyone tell me for certain if the grand touring package includes these aluminum covered pedals?

Automatics DO NOT come with aluminum pedals, no matter what packages you select. They do not come with the sport package and they do not come with the GT package. Autos do not get aluminum pedals. You must install them aftermarket.

I have the Grand Touring, it does not come standard if you buy the Auto version. So you will have to order them or tell the Dealer to throw them in like I did. :P
