Adding appearance package..

How difficult would it be to add the entire appearance package.. Rear wing included, side skirts, front air dam and rear wheel mud flap things...

Do you think the body shop could easily match the paint if it were silver?

The reason why I ask, is that I am boiling everything down to two cars. As explained in my prior posts, I have come to the conclusion that I do not need nor can I afford at the moment the Grand Touring. The sport with its increased headroom is more important to me plus its way cheaper.

One car is Brilliant Black and it has the appearance kit.

The other is Silver.

Both are brand new.

Your thoughts?

Thanks!

pete

You can order all of the appearance package parts pre-painted in stock colors.

If you are buying new the dealer should be able to order and install them.

I got the apperance package from a guy on this site but when I mocked them up it seems as if I need to drill the body to make the side skirts fit. There are 3 or 4 little white attachment thingys that run the length of the side skirts and the only way I can figure to get them on is by drilling holes in the lower body. Besides that it looks simple as hell. All you need is a drill, 2 side sticky tape approx 1/4 inch and a phillips head.

Like it has been said before, you can buy them prepainted. I installed them all myself. It takes time and patience. Drilling holes in the rockers and trunk(for the spoiler) on a new car takes some guts but they have drilling templates that help lots

PS, you also need two people to put the front spoiler on since you have to remove the whole front facia to do it
