I'm in the market for buying an RX-8 and I just wanted some opinions on which of the two I should buy. The 1st is a 2004 fully loaded exept NAV with 29,000 miles for $21,000. The 2nd is a 2006 fully loaded exept NAV with 8,500 miles for $25,000. So my question is if it was you would you get a newer RX-8 with 20,000 less miles for $4k more or a older RX-8 with 20,000 more miles for $4k less ?? Thanks

 

I would try and find out the history of the cars and how they were driven. They both have a 60k warranty.

 

I'm not trying to hijack the post, but I've heard a lot of people say mazda had kinks in 04 and in the 05s+ they got the kinks out. Anyone have anything to say about this, as it would probably affect his decision (and i'm also curious)?

 

No problems on my 05. 04s did have the most problems but the recalls took care of them I think.
