2005 rx8 manual trans performance spec?

What is the curb weight on a 05 rx8 and what id the 0-60 time? I have search the web and have come up with different times.

depends on the trim, and the ability of the driver.

Trim? I am totally new to the rx8 not sure what you are talking about.

about 3000 pounds....0-60 depends on driver skill can be any were from 5.8-7.5 secs....

Thanks I found on the internet that an 08 rx8 does it in 7.5 sounded slow to what I had seen for the older models that is why I was asking.

7.5? maybe the automatics.

the base model weighs the least, the sport weighs a bit more, and the grand touring weighs 100lbs (afaik) more than the base.

I think it depends on how much you want to smoke your clutch and how good you are at launching a car where everything happens at high revs

Traction control off, rev to 5k, feather clutch and add power it takes some practice but the car can chirp/squeal away and get up to speed quickly

0-60 in the mid 6's or lower depending on skill and how mesquite you want to make your mazda

I've seen 0-60's from 5.8-6.5 sec. R&T attachment says 5.9 sec.
Curb weights I've seen from 3029-3053lbs. R&T attachment says 3000lbs.
