ummm, do you have the basic 16'' and you want to go up to 17's or do you have the premium 18's going down to 17s, yes it can be done, Im just curious?

A 16" would look terrible, do they really have those stock in some cases?

You could fit a 17 around the brakes no problem though.

Hhheerrreee ya go. A base automatic has them. The sport wheels, suspension, and brakes are an option.

It would depend. If you have an AT with 16" wheels, then yes. If you have an MT or and AT with 18" wheels, then probably not. The smaller wheel would (probably) not be able to clear the brake calipers on the upgraded suspension package.

my winter tires are 17s.

so yes, either model (with smaller brakes or with the larger brakes) can fit 17s.

16" AT rims are butt ugly. 17" should work fine. Use a tire calculator to find the right size tire.

i have mt 18'' stock. thats what i worried about. i afraid that 17'' will damage the brake calipers. however, i have a friend said that it depends on what shape the wheels are.
thanks

Yeah man, 17" will be be fine on your 8. They are also lighter, so you will be a bit quicker as well.

Your in luck too, there are Blitz 17" wheels fore sale here in the for sale section for only $800. They are great wheels, check them out.
