Just want to say that I was at the dealer today to pick something up and they had an 05 in white in the showroom. I am not a huge fan of white cars but that RX-8 in white with black leather made me turn my head! The car looked awesome!

I'll say that thus far, I have been unimpressed with the look of the white 8. BUT, your pic looks great. Might have changed my mind. Bet it's hard to keep clean, though.

 

I get weak in the knees for white RX-8's with clear corners....gorgeous!!

haha no, i left the car on and that is the tach on the brightest setting.. the red in the center is the hud showing whatever song was on at the time.
I have some lit front shots, but I dont like to look at them until I get my clear corners in. Night shots with the amber corners just looks fugly.

Looking at that side image again reminds me to ask for some opinions yet again on going with dark tint/smoked lights(and corners) and dark rims for a black/white look?

I've already got all black leather interior.

The onlyreason why I would want to get the white now isb/c no one has it down here yet. But Im surethere will be tons of them on the road by the middle of next year. I still believe Titanium Gray is the top color - followed closely by Sunlight Silver. Unfortunately there are several who agreew/me as gray is the most common color I see down here along w/silver. These arefollowed by black and blue.

 

that will never sell in Europe! but japan loves white cars and it looks like the US do to!

 

At least it's a Pearl White and not an off-white, like Championship White (DC5 Type R).
