would be nice but, im not putting my 8 on the track... it's my daily driver and am sure it will stay that way. the closest thing that i have come to a track... is some back country roads with no traffic... lol

I believe that you will feel the most difference with sway bars. I'm using the ones from Racing Beat and you can really feel the improvement in stability and handling. The front bar is a pain to install (needs drilling if you get RB endlinks) but the back is cake. Compared to an intake or exhaust, sway bars are probably the cheapest and easiest to install.

My 8 is my Daily Driver and I have about 28 hours of track time on it. 55,000 miles on it now and it still runs great. This car doesn't like to be babied.

You have no idea what it sounds like or what performance increase or decrease you get...the Hymee is also less than $500.

It's fate, the car gods are trying to tell you not to do that pointless mod. The stock airbox on the RX-8 is plenty good, all you're doing is paying a bunch of money for some sound and potentially some problems.

A CAI can mess with the MAF sensor and cause the car to incorrectly adjust fuel levels.
