Thanks for the reply. I will see if I can find some pictures of the combination, but it sounds promising.

I have a set of these with the black screens that I painted SS to match my car...I will post as soon as I install....they look awesome!

05rex8, that is completely badass. Now I have to rethink my pseudo-decision to not get these. Which finish did you order?

Can the pre-installed screens be easily removed so frame can be painted and then have screens be re-attached ?

they are held in by small screws on the back

i just went outside and one is falling off, the tape is not holding to well, any luck with it holding? im going to see if i can get some more adhesive from him, hope he can do that

you have to make sure the surface is absolutely clean and you are installing on a warm day...if it's cold, the tape doesn't like to stick

what I did:

clean surface with paint thinner on a rag (alcohol works too)
heat up surface with heat gun or hair dryer
heat up tape briefly--gets it super sticky
then apply to surface

auto parts store

get the 3M double sided tape for body moldings only. works the best.
it's dark gray with red plastic on top you peel off.

you did a good job on your car ,05rex8, i like how the body kit looks. do you see any screws on the skirts?

Ok here it is , i painted and clear coat and look how they came out, install tomorrow after it drys, lol yeah im a little lazy to install the aem
