I will never by these bulbs from RotaryFX. I am through 2 sets in the last 4 months, all 4 bulbs burnt out....what an absolute waste of money and all in all a poor experience. Figuring what next, for now I've got no functioning parking lights

i had vleds for probably 6months with no problems and then switched to rotaryfx and they blew
the only reson i switched was because they matched my 6K lights better
ive had vleds in the interior and in the license plate light for bout a year now with now problems anywhere
note they do flicker when you close your door and they arent all the way lit up...does that make sense?

i'm looking to order some high powered leds from either ebay or superbright leds. i'll let ya know how either hold up. (most likely going with the high powered smd with heatsinks)

Pretty much just stay away from rotaryfx as far as lighting goes. One of my yellow fog light bulbs went out this morning after only a few weeks.

I had the vled parking lights that everyone recommend here, but the blew out after about 8 months of use. i was expecting a greater longevity since they cost about $10 per bulb. Now I am no longer sure if I want to order another set from them.

Well the first thing I'd check for is secure wiring connections, especially if the vibration from shutting the door is causing the flicker.

Mine do the same thing. I have VLED's everywhere and I think it's from the way the car's dimmer switch works.

For the fogs I always suggest Hoen lamps. They last forever and match the xenon really well. For the side markers and reverse lights I use the stealthusa bulbs. I dont like being able to see the LED lamp and the chrome finish basically vanishes once installed.

Well that that shouldn't be an issue if you maintain the dimmer at 100%. If it's not the connection the next place I'd go would be heat, and if that's a non-issue, your voltage regulator may need to be tested and/or replaced. (If you are running one that is..) Take some time off and and run a voltmeter on some points and see what you come up with.
I'm no pro, just offering suggestions. If I'm completely off, I apologize.

the flickering isnt caused by connection problems...the LEDs arent designed for progressive lighting like the rx8 has when the doors are close...only settings the LEDs work effectively at are bright and dim...no in between

I also have gone through 4 sets of led parking lights from Rotary FX..... Time to switch myself as one just burned out again! I just feel dumb for trying the same one multiple times.
