Quad-State 'Q Raffle #2: Axial Flow Short Shifter
How it works: Raffle tickets are purchased and paid for via PayPal. The tickets will be assigned to the purchaser in the order that they are purchased. When we reach 100 tickets, we pull a winner. The winner is announced and they receive their prize!

RULES:
1) 100 tickets MUST be sold before the winner is pulled.
2) Raffle tickets may be purchased through PayPal only.
3) You MUST put the number of tickets you’re purchasing and the word “raffle” in the comments section while purchasing your tickets. This is the only way we’ll know that your funds are for the raffle. An example would be “5 raffle tickets.”
If you’re the winner, you’ll receive notification via email before the results are posted on the forum.

Prize #2 is the Axial Flow Short Shifter. Pictures are attached. Ticket prices are as follows:
1 ticket = $5
3 tickets = $14
5 tickets = $23
10 tickets = $43 – BEST VALUE!
Purchase tickets by sending payment via PayPal to tiffany@rotaryrendezvous.com.
REMEMBER: You do not have to go to the Fall ‘Q or be present at the ‘Q to win. This raffle is open to everyone and the winner is awarded/shipped the prize within a day of the drawing. Everyone can buy tickets!!!

Getting home from vegas
didnt plan on buying tickets in the vegas airport then going and losing a bunch of money, but now I am home and planning on buying some tickets.Just wondering, if they dont all sell is there a drawing for the tickets sold?
