What are used RX8's running

Not sure if this thread belongs here but I was wondering how much 04 RX8 GT's (w/o Navi) w/ 25K miles are running. It had come to that point where I may be parting with my winning blue 8 and curious as to how much I should ask for here on this forum and on autotrader.com.

kbb.com says $22300 for private party sale and nada.com says $23000.

Is this what average?

Thanks everyone,

New 6 speed 04 GTs were going at around 23K. Guess you can take that as the starting point and adjust for mileage and warranty. Oh boy, I don't even want to think about it... scary.

Good luck with the sale!

Where are ya'll buying your cars! how the heck does anyone buy a $32K MSRP car for $23K. Im sorry but there is no way, am I crazy?? if ya'll are, please let me know and I'm buying my next car at that dealership.

i believe the MSRP on my car was $31500 (give or take) and I got it for $30K walk out.

i think it was mainly the left over 04s that were selling that low for the GTs. Something like 5K under invoice? i think peeps were getting their gts for about 24-25K

Unsold 04s are heavily discounted. And yes, there are folks who bought them for under 23K.

I saw somebody from the Bay Area post that the best offer he had was $1750 under invoice on an 05. Take out the MAC credits, gerber rebate and zoom-zoom rebate, it will come to about 3K under invoice. One can only imagine what's going to happen going into the new year when the 06s come out.

shop around.. especially in florida. there's loads of rx8 for sale here. I bought mine back in march ( boniface hiers melbourne ) for 21900, 5900 under invoice. OTD price was about 235. took a LOT of haggling and getting thrown out and having mazda bitch the dealer out for me, but I got my car.
