Hi I have a question for the people who did decide to go with the buy back option. When I tried calling them on the number they gave on the letter, I had to wait like 45 minutes before I got through. And all the guy did was ask for the VIN number and said that informatin would be mailed to me in a couple of days with instructions on what to do. Is this what they did when you called and was a package sent? I'm just making sure because the guy sounded really down and depressed. I would call them back but don't really want to wait another 45 minutes just to talk to them again for a couple of seconds. I just decided to return the car because the AC really sucked in mine. It was a 108 the other day and the AC was not working. By the time I got home my shirt was soaked and that just did it.

 

Same here. Waited about 25 minutes and was told the same thing. I haven't received the document yet.

I'm not sure if I'm going to return mine, but I'm getting the letter just in case.
