Wayne Mazda, NJ
I finally have my Red GT w/ black leather and Nav.
Anyway, onto Wayne Mazda...
Overall, they were mostly pleasant, as much as a dealership can be, I suppose. I negotiated most of the deal and then my parents went to actually sign papers and take delivery. The salesmen of course tacked a few hundred bucks back onto the price they promised me, but that number soon came back down when my parents told them that, yes, $200 will make them walk away from the deal and they headed tword the door. The finance guy was a little pushy with the extra warranties but that's also to be expected.
My big complaint was the prep job. They didn't clean the inside of the rear window nor did they get all of the sticky blue blue from the shipping plastic off of the interior. I could have done a better prep job. Overall, I'd say Wayne Mazda is an average dealership for customer serivce, but they did have the best price.

I had the same experience with the prep work. I had to take mine home and start polishing it to get the smears and finger prints off the car. I guess lot techs don't do well at lots of dealerships.

I have to make a correction, it was the sales manager that tacked the money back on. My salesman was great. If you shop Wayne Mazda, talk to Howard.
