I'm not sure how Mazda works. I bought my car new at the beginning of the month. In the next couple of days, my wife got a call that she said was a survey but according to her "was not a big deal." My wife is not on my car title, financing or anything.

I have an outstanding issue with the dealer where I am not yet sure if I am being blown off. So what I'm wondering is if that call was "the survey" from Mazda on my car, is there a way to get it recinded so I can use that as part of my bargaining with the dealer.

Any advice?

 

"The Survey" Usually comes in the mail, so I don't think that was it, most likely the Dealership trying to prime you into improving their score on the actual survey
