Splan Pricing vs "Make your own deal"

Since Im in MMS program, I have access to S-Plan pricing.

Now, I think I "might" trade my 8 in(yeah I know price is low), for a 08 Left over Blue 8. (I dont want 09, I dont like the R3 body)

I haven't called them and ask yet, the 8 is Fully loaded I think, cuz it has a 34K MSRP price tag, and they're selling it for 27K I think.

Will the S Plan pricing be able to beat that ?

I know I can talk them to something even lower I think, but if S Plan pricing can gimme something a bit more lower then its gonna save everybody's time. Know what I mean ?

Another question is, S-Plan pricing should be something lower than invoice right? if yes, how much lower ? (From your prior experience)

Thx alot

S-Plan pricing is like "employee's" pricing. Sometimes its a rip (its just invoice) sometimes its more than invoice, depends on the model and if its a "hot" selling model or not.

MMS is a Mazda program for racers.

I bought Zoomy under S-plan. It's invoice. You get the current incentives on top of that.

Your path to eligibility should give you access to the exact pricing. I got it because my brother works for Ford. He gave me the link to S-plan pricing, and when I bought he had to get a PIN for me.

If you're going to negotiate, don't mention S-plan unless you give up on beating them down. Ford gives the dealer a profit on S-plan - comparable to what they'd make off a schmo. If they know you're eligible they're not going to be keen on giving you a good deal - they have a lot more riding on it than the invoice amount.

Good luck!

Ken

Thats what I think.

Giving the current financial situation ... they should have deals "better" than invoice (S-Plan)

Anywayz, Thanks
