I own a 2000 audi s4 (auto ) and i have the opportunity to trade it in on a black rx8... the only problem is the rx8 is used. Does anyone have a carfax account and is willing to do me a favor?? Here is the link, let me know what you all think.

The dealer should offer this!! Ask. If it's worth a sale to them and they have nothing to hide, you should be all good.

Interesting--I didn't know that S4's came with an auto tranny option. For some reason, I thought the whole S-line was stick.

 

Funny, because when i first heard about the s4, i thought it came only in stick. Its a 5 speed tiptronic, but still its no stick. Ill ask the dealer, im sure ill get some lame excuse. If anyone has a carfax account and will look this up for me, id greatly apreciate it.

Just got the carfax, it came up clean..... hmmm what to do...

 

Need more info about the '8 you're considering... mileage, what they want for it, etc. Sounds like a pretty good deal though. Go for it man, so you can join the "cult" of RX-8 ownership! :D

 

They want 23k for it, but im sure that price can further be negotiated, we have purchased 3 other cars from them. I know everything about the rx8...lol its ment to be.

 

Well Jake i think that i love your S4. But that test drive so pretty cool. I'd have to try this one myself. But also remember ur luck with 8's

 

Seems like they should give you a better deal. Its a 2004 rx8 right? I got a rx8 2004 gt package, its auto but new for 21k (after the rebates). Its yellow ext also. maybe that is why it was low
