does this seem to be a good deal on a 2004?
16,500$ w/25k Velocity Red. MT. no scratches, dings or dents. original engine. Buying it from a dealer. has a Mazdaspeed body kit.

nope, not yet, but im going to check out the car possibly today or tomorrow.
im not going to go real crazy on mods.
just a intake, catback exhaust, rims/tires, and suspension.

If that's a Grand Touring with a clean VIN, and thus NO PAINTWORK on the Metal parts of the Body, then that's pretty good.
