Well I'm 6'1" and have the sunroof. I have no issues with headroom. I usually drive with the seatback back quite a ways. As well as the seat bottom all the way down. Yes, the bottom of the seat can be adjusted up or down.

For those with power seats of course.

I think the manual seats also go up and down with a kind of manual controlled hand pumping action. As near as I could tell, it seemed to be the same range of movement, yes?

Not sure. All the ones I test drove as well as the one I bought had the leather power seats. Maybe someone else can confirm this.
