Thank you for all the input 9k, really helping me out here. I talked with bmak today and he seems to have been taking very good care of this car maintenance wise..

From all the pics I've gotten, this car seems to be in better condition than my last 8 and has only 17k more miles than it (with a ton of extras this time) not to mention being nicely maintained by both previous owners.

I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get it. It only makes sense for me financially and with my personal goals for my car.
