Hello guys I am very close to buying a Rx 8. I was wondering my limit is around $20k and i want an almost new car. I was wondering what is the MSRP on an 05 and an 04 so when I go to the dealership i can bargain my way there. Is $19,500 a good price for a used 04 with 20k miles or is it a bad deal. What shuold i do should i get a 05 used and how much will that cost. Thnx.

 

Depends on what it has on it. I saw one from a dealer locally that had everything except nav for 19,900 with about 30K. I ended up buying an 06 but, like you, didn't want to spend alot so bought a base model. Have you looked it up on www.kbb.com or www.edmunds.com? You will get an idea of what you should spend.

 

Thnx for the link i used it and found out that a 20k mileage 04 Rx 8 is $25k. The seller is willing to sell it to me for $19,490. I think its a good deal because it is Grand Touring Package. I think im gona go test drive it. And feel free for any input thnx.
