need some advice

im really considering buying a 8,does anyone have any info when the 2006 model will be out,also ive read alot of good about these cars but also read bad,do they really flood and have to be towed to the dealer,i test drove one and loved it any help would be appreciated

Most of the bugs are gone now. The rx8 it just as if not more reliable than any other car that is made these days, provided you do the proper maintenance.

As far as when the 06 models come out, I don't know. Usually you will start to see them around late august. ( 1 month+ ship time from Hiroshima )

If you like the car get one, they are an amazing deal for the price and you will not be disappointed.

Honestly, if you're worried about that flooding problem, it shouldn't happen if you're very careful. Just don't do cold starts and shut-offs often: I.E. Turning it on, driving for like 10 seconds then turning it off while the temperature gauge is still on cold. As long as you do this, you won't have a problem.

There's a bazillion posts about flooding! Search for them.
